It has built an AI model trained on 40 years of geological data from NASA and the National Archives. Founded by geoscientist Roman Teslyuk, EarthAI is now shopping around the fresh molybdenum discovery to mining companies capable of extracting the resource. EarthAI’s business model relies on getting a cut of the mining royalty. As it stands, the start-up has partnerships with Tivan, Kincora Copper, Legacy Minerals and Karawara Minerals.
